Hahaha...just noticed my mistake...

Reminds me that I once went to an 80s theme party dressed as George Washington...

Purely as a cover and a photograph London Calling is my favourite.

I had trouble with this one too, picking Revolver only because it was more of a "cover" and London Calling was a takeoff of the first Elvis album. Silly logic, too, because that LC cover really jumped out of the record racks at you with the sticker on it "28 new songs from the only band that matters".

Flawed poll. Nothing has ever come close to what Sgt Pepper introduced to the music world.

Peace and Boat Drinks....

Maybe Magical Mystery Tour, but this is about the album covers... One might argue for Rubber Soul's psychedelic cover over Revolver though

In terms of album covers... Born To Run... if you asked me which one of those albums would be my favourite, I'd struggle.... a lot.

London Calling - for both the cover AND the music!

Exactly, the Sgt Pepper cover introduced the gate fold concept among many other firsts. Can't get any more psychedelic than Pepper.

Now this is getting off-topic. For the sake of a fun poll, I think we're supposed to choose from the list as presented instead of over-thinking it. I mean, really, how you even choose from Led Zep covers which were consistently oddball affairs... I'm guilty for following OTB as well...

I still choose Revolver, but gosh, London Calling is biting at its heels... Two albums that rank as favorites by the respective bands as well...
